Are you ready to lead the development, optimization, and adoption of marketing platforms that drive operational excellence? Do you have the strategic mindset to connect complex systems, streamline workflows, and elevate collaboration across markets? If so, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our platform operations and client-facing delivery.

We’re seeking an experienced, solution-oriented professional who can lead cross-functional projects, proactively manage stakeholder relationships, and own the end-to-end platform strategy. In this role, you will lead the GO SPRING platform, manage both internal specialists and external partners, and act as a key contributor to our long-term marketing operations roadmap.

Your ability to simplify complex platform structures, inspire confident platform use, and connect the dots between business needs and technical solutions will be essential.

What is GO SPRING?
GO SPRING is our central Marketing Work Management (MWM) platform—integrating project management, digital asset management (DAM), proofing, and collaboration into a streamlined system that powers marketing production from initial brief to final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the day-to-day operations, project roadmap, and overall performance of the GO SPRING platform
• Manage and prioritize platform tasks and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
• Drive client-facing platform projects from scoping to execution, collaborating closely with client marketing stakeholders across global markets and coordinating with our internal production teams
• Take ownership of the invoicing cycle for platform services, ensuring smooth financial handling from vendor invoice review to client billing
• Act as the key contact for the software provider, managing strategic discussions, troubleshooting escalations, overseeing platform changes, and planning system updates
• Support business development by leading platform demos, managing pilot programs, and developing structured onboarding and rollout plans
• Own the scoping, prioritization, and delivery of bespoke platform configurations or developments, including requirement mapping, testing, and user acceptance
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, user feedback loops, and continuous optimization of workflows and platform configurations
• Champion clear, proactive internal communication to ensure platform changes, priorities, and updates are fully understood across all teams
• Guide internal and external users through tailored onboarding, structured guidance, and simple, accessible documentation that makes the platform easy to use
• Setup and leverage marketing analytics and reporting tools to drive data-informed decision-making and support operational improvements
• Mentor and support platform specialists and other team leads/members to build platform capability across the organization

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience working with Marketing Work Management (MWM) platforms or similar tools like Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike, or Encodify
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, content production, and approval processes
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Technical understanding of platform configuration, including permissions, workflow design, data relationships, and automations
• Solid understanding of how data flows between systems, including DAM, PIM, ERP and marketing automation tools
• Ability to translate marketing and business processes into scalable digital workflows
• Experience onboarding, training, and supporting end-users on digital platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, service-minded, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working across teams, stakeholders, and time zones

A professional background as a Product Owner or Digital Project Manager, as well as experience in the marketing industry or content production environments, will also be considered strong assets.
