Manager - Image & Colour Correction, Vietnam

Image manipulation is one of the core services we provide our clients with. As our new Image & Colour Correction Manager you will be responsible not only for ensuring the delivery of the highest quality product but also guiding your team and developing the junior colleagues.

Main responsibilities

  • Colour correction and image manipulation.
  • Manage and develop growing Image Team staff.
  • Provide innovation and direction to the Image department.
  • Working in a busy graphic production environment.
  • Onboarding the new clients and developing relationships with the existing
  • Continuous process streamlining and introducing internal improvements.
  • Ensure the highest quality work and meet deadlines.
  • Understand the briefs received from the clients before passing them onto production.
  • Provide feedback to customers and senior management.
  • Arrange workload and production time according to business needs.
  • Resource and timeline planning.
  • Respect the deadlines.
  • Work under high pressure while being result-oriented.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Manager..


Job Requirements

  • Project management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with image retouch and colour correction.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative software (especially Photoshop).
  • Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
  • University Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/ Printing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken
