Senior Frontend Developer, Vietnam

Main responsibilities

  • Understand the business and the technical requirements, architect and design specifications, and develop the associated application code.
  • Communicate effectively with the team members.
  • Deliver high-quality components that meet all project requirements, including the development and review of technical requirements.
  • Provide reliable estimation for technical work and consultancy on an alternative approach, review risk lists for completeness and accuracy.
  • Apply development expertise to everyday activities to ensure long term scalability and maintainability of products.
  • Develop frontend, UI and align with backend.
  • Provide advisory and technical support for applications, research and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with CMS - Content Management Systems (Umbraco, WordPress, Magento…)
  • For this position, you will report to the Head of Digital.


Job Requirements

  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS.
  • Bootstrap, Kendo UI/Telerik, Less/Sass is an advantage.
  • Know Agile, Scrum, Kanban or related methodologies.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools: GIT (Github, Bitbucket etc), SVN.
  • Good English communication, both in verbal and written.
  • At least 4 years experience in Apps & Web Development, Software Development, full SDLC.
  • Deep understanding of Web Technologies.
  • PHP, MySQL is an advantage.
  • Creative skills of presenting and visualization, problem-solving and solution researching.
  • Customer service oriented, friendly and team player mindset, open-minded and outgoing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as willingly support colleagues.
  • Good health with the ability to work with flexible schedules for ensuring high-quality service delivery.
