Sustainability is for many  reasons a collaboration. We can’t do much ourselves, but if we all work together we can achieve great things.. This also means that we look at the companies we work with, and that have a supplier code of conduct.

We use supplier codes of conduct to ensure that our suppliers and business partners adhere to ethical, social, and environmental standards that align with the our values and objectives.

It goes without saying that we as all other companies, have a desire to lower our consumption. This is good for the environment, as well at economically.

We are tracking across our different departments in the different countries. We are part of an organisation consisting of numerous companies under one umbrella, and the measuring of consumption are done on Group level.

When ever possible we use renewable energy. We are working on solar panels in our Vietnam office. We are using NRGi in Demark, who has as sustainable energy profile.

Being spread across different countries and continents means that we have to choose different ways of use renewable energy, but we do so whenever it is possible.

It is not yet possible for stakeholders to access this information. We are following the guidelines and all demands from EU regarding this matter, and the numbers will be published on Group level from our company.

Innovation and curiosity is a crucial part of our DNA. Working with smarter solutions is one of the main reasons for our success. We always seek to improve our ways of working.

One of the ways we foster innovation in our organisation is with an innovation committee, where members from different teams and departments meet to share knowledge and information. The major and most important topics can then be brought to the entire company or to whomever it’s relevant for.
