We are looking for an outgoing Finance Business Partner / Finance Director for a permanent position in Odense, to join our Group Finance function. You will work closely with the CEO of SPRING Production, develop and enhance the business's performance management setup, and be ready to take the finance function to the next level on our transformation journey, contributing to the growth of the group and particularly SPRING Production.

You will be part of a finance team of 10 passionate, dedicated and ambitious colleagues. The finance department at SPRING Family has quickly evolved from a traditional accounting department to a finance function that drives the business forward. This means that in this role, you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of transformation projects involving digitization and process optimization in close collaboration with the CFO, CEO, the business, and the finance team.

Your primary responsibilities:

Development of the group’s and SPRING Production’s performance management setup
Sparring partner and right-hand to the CEO of SPRING Production, where you will continuously contribute with important analyses and exploration, as well as the preparation of relevant reports
Finance Business Partner for SPRING Production A/S, including providing support, development, and learning to project managers, department managers, and office managers in Denmark, Vietnam, Poland, and the UK.
Develop the role as Finance Business Partner and establish an annual cycle and structure for the role, ensuring ongoing business reviews and follow-up with the business
Develop tools, processes, and dashboards to ensure better and leaner project management for the company’s project managers in close collaboration with Business Finance partners from other units
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for SPRING Production, in close collaboration with our business controller, CEO, and other business partners
Responsible for BI reports related to SPRING Production
Various ad hoc tasks related to the overall business

SPRING Family has 470 employees located at various locations, including Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Gdansk, Hamburg, Manchester, and Ho Chi Minh. The headquarters is located in Aarhus, where Group Finance is also based. The CEO of SPRING Production is based in Odense, which is why we are looking for a Business Partner who can work at our office in Odense.

About the ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is a strong sparring partner who takes responsibility for their own tasks and is motivated by developing and managing performance management, reporting this through close dialogue with the many stakeholders. It is also essential that the candidate has a drive and a desire to develop and optimize.

As SPRING Production is on a growth journey and our Group Finance in SPRING Family is on a digital transformation journey, with various development opportunities and challenges, it is crucial that you are flexible and able to adapt and focus on the needs and opportunities of each unit.

It would be an advantage if you possess the majority of the following qualifications:

A higher education degree in finance, such as Cand.merc., HD, or similar
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Controller or Partner, Financial Controller, Consultant, or accountant.
Solid IT skills and experience with PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Analytically strong and curious to delve into data and understand the business’s development through the use of KPIs and analyses
Strong in handling large datasets and preferably familiar with SQL
Good collaboration skills and an understanding of time/case management and project management
Knowledge of business service companies
Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
Good communication skills and ability to communicate across units and professional groups

Additionally, the ideal candidate is service-minded and good at building relationships with their partners. You are structured and analytical in your approach and excel in performance management. Last but not least you see yourself fitting well in an ambitious team where collaboration is valued and there is an informal work environment with freedom within responsibility.

Expect 10-20 travel days per year to our locations in Ho Chi Minh, Gdansk, and Manchester.
