Graphic Production Manager, Vietnam

Main responsibilities

  • Take charge of communicating effectively with customers about requirements, 'briefing' in English and coming projects
  • Be fully responsible for organizing and overseeing timelines and deliverables for each project.
  • Ensure a good understanding of the project by internal resources: prepare a detailed production plan, implement it and follow up on it phrase by phrase.
  • Divide the projects into manageable tasks and prioritize them in order to optimize the resources.
  • Monitor project progress and workflow. Make sure the production runs smoothly with a periodical check.
  • Ensure the delivery of the highest quality output and efficiency at the defined level with clients.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Team to create a project number, task number, etc. in order to make the report of each project based on the timesheet data provided by Accounting Team.
  • Build, maintain and enhance good team spirit within the team and across the departments.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours and work under pressure to keep deadlines for utmost service provision.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Graphic Production and Senior Manager.


Job Requirements

  • BA/ BS in Graphic Design/ Art/ Multimedia/ Printing
  • At least 10 years of experience in Graphic Design/Art/Printing including at least 5 years of experience in managing printed marketing materials for international brands.
  • In-depth understanding and frequent use of Adobe CS5, CS6, CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator...).
  • Experience working with MAC platform.
  • Excellent skill of English communication, both in verbal and written (at least TOEIC 900)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skill - meticulous attention to detail and timely execution.
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Persuasive presenting to clients.
  • Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team. Work under high pressure, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
